All applications are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason including, for example, errors in product or pricing information, out of stock or inability to collect the price, delivery restrictions or the part ordered does not meet the requirements. The quality control standards that we apply are being withdrawn, provisions or because of any other problem that prevents us from completing the sale.
Prices And Payment
Prices include VAT applicable on the day of your order. Any change in the applicable value-added tax rate will be automatically reflected in the price of products sold by SCOFFEE through its website.
Card payments are subject to validation and authorization processes by the card issuer. We will not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery of the product in the event that the credit card issuer refuses to authorize payment so that we will cancel your order and we may contact you to choose an alternative method of payment.
No credit card information will be stored without the customer’s consent. The information will not be sold to, offered to, or rented to any third parties except with respect to our online payment gateway service provider.
SCOFFEE keeps a record of your transactions for a period of not less than ten years.
When your order is completed, you will receive an email with your order details. This e-mail message is not an acceptance of your request, but rather a confirmation that the request has been received.
In the event that the request is not canceled, you will receive an e-mail to confirm that your request has been accepted and sent. Accordingly, the sales contract is concluded in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia at the moment of approval, and the language of the contract will be Arabic.
We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason and we may refuse to send an order to anyone at any time in our sole and absolute discretion.
We shall not be liable to you or any third party for our withdrawal of any product including any samples or gifts with purchases, from the Website, whether or not such Product has been sold, nor shall we be liable for any deletion, testing, or any other than we make for any material or content on the Website, or for our refusal to process a transaction, or for the invalidation or suspension of any transaction after processing has been initiated.
By confirming your order, you agree to accept and pay the full amount due for the product(s) as indicated in your order, including any fees applicable to that order.
Delivery
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data received on the delivery location of the goods. In the event of a change in the delivery address, the customer shall bear any additional costs, if any.
In the event that there is no one available to receive the order, you will have the option to arrange an alternative delivery date or obtain additional information about the collection of your order from the delivery company. If you are unable to receive your order on the first delivery attempt, you may have to pay an additional delivery fee for any further delivery attempt.
SCOFFEE delivers products within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and at our discretion your order is expected to arrive within seven working days starting from the day the order is confirmed via email, and the period may be longer if your location is in a remote area or the product is Not currently available” in stock or shipped from abroad so that you will be notified of the expected arrival time at that time.
Delivery charges, if any, will be added to the order price and will be displayed in local currency separately on the order form during the payment verification process.
Customs Fees For International Shipments
Any additional amounts collected by customs after shipment and will be among the additional amounts collected on the price of the purchased item. You will be notified of the costs.
